"Up until now the embargo did not really impact on us in a substantive, strategic way. Oil is different. It's something we need and want."Maybe we'll finally end this assinine embargo of little Cuba and try some "constructive engagement" for awhile.

Drill, baby, drill?
I suppose if you're Raul Castro, that might be your new mantra. Cuba is sitting on an oil fields of more than 20 billion barrels. Wow.
