When I was in college, my roommate and I shared a subscription to the Weekly World News. You know, the black & white supermarket tabloid featuring alien babies, bible prophecies and the vampire boy? It was a constant source of amusement (and door-art!).
Now we have the WorldNetDaily (aka the WorldNutDaily). It features all kinds of amusing stories of biblical prophecy, the dangers of science and Alan Keyes! I look over there from time to time to see what they're cooking up, but this week there was an especially juicy article on the return of biblical Giants (The Nephilim).
They profile the views of an author of a book called Nephilim Stargates (you can't make this stuff up, folks!) who claims that genetic engineering is going to result in the recreation of biblican giants and usher in the end of the world. Enjoy!
