TPM is reporting this morning that some person or group has been distributing flyers in some of Philadelphia's predominantly African-American neighborhoods "falsely claiming that voters who face outstanding arrest warrants and even unpaid parking tickets may be arrested at the polls."
Pennsylvania is a key battleground state for both parties. Tactics like this, typical of the Rovian school of Voter Suppression, are abhorrent to anyone who truly loves America.
